MGB Resourcing has been set up as a subsidiary of MGB Signalling Limited. It has been established in recognition of the constrained nature of the labour market in the UK signalling industry to provide a flexible, well trained workforce capable of supporting all areas of technical work in the industry.

We can supply anything from an urgent resource placement for a weekend possession, to a fully equipped construction depot servicing a major project for a number of years. We can also source staff to meet your recruitment needs by identifying suitable people seeking permanent placements.

We pride ourselves on our flexibility, adaptability and responsiveness.

We also recognize the need to bring new talent into the industry to meet the growing demand for technically qualified and certified labour. We are constantly recruiting people who are new to the industry and we ensure that they follow a structured programme of training and development, culminating in IRSE certification.
